Old Towne Apartments is a 31-unit multifamily property located in the heart of Portsmouth’s historic Olde Towne district. The building underwent a full-scale redevelopment utilizing Virginia State Historic Tax Credits, with an emphasis on major infrastructure and premium tenant amenities. Key improvements included a complete overhaul of electrical and plumbing systems, the construction of a striking center atrium for resident gatherings, and the addition of the largest tenant-focused fitness center in the region. With significant capital improvements completed, Old Towne Apartments offers a low-maintenance, high-quality asset in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood.
