High Street Lofts is a boutique 12-unit apartment community located at 309 High Street in the heart of Portsmouth’s historic Olde Towne. The building features dramatic 16-foot ceilings, with lightwells and skylights designed to flood each room with natural light. The unit mix includes nine spacious one-bedroom apartments and three premium two-bedroom layouts, offering residents a rare combination of volume, light, and style.

The original warehouse structure allowed for all new walls, modern electrical infrastructure, and a fully updated plumbing design. Scheduled to open in November 2025, High Street Lofts delivers a fresh, high-quality living experience in one of Portsmouth’s most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods.
